Have been with FIG for over 18 years and was lucky to have Monica Borba for most of those. I thougth hope was lost when she retired but Catrina Jenson has been amazing and could not be happier with her service and efficency. Very lucky to have such great support from my credit union.

I have had the opportunity to work with Monica over the past month. She is polite,considerate and exceptional in her job. She is very thorough and explains everything to me. She encourages me through this difficult time. She responds quickly to my questions and helps me accomplish my goals.

Stephanie is so helpful and knowledgeable, I love how quick she respond and being able to help me answer any questions that I may have, I really like the fact that she checks in to see if anything else is needed. what a horrible stadd. The young girl there didn't process my check. I had to pay my taxes and it never got documented. Now I am in screwed because of a careless mistake. Obviously they don't care. I have been a loyal member for over 20 years and they treat me like they can care less and make me feel like a second class citizen. This is not a good way to do business.

Amazing Bank!! Staff is always very friendly and helpful unlike some of the other institutions you may find. The wait time is minimal to none. Staff knows you by name, not just as another customer in line and is very personable with the service they provide. Farmers Federal Credit Union has all the updated features online which makes it very easy to do online deposits, bill pay, etc. I would highly recommend!!

I have been a Farmers Insurance Credit Union customer for over 10 years now and love the convenience of being able to use shared credit union ATMs, at no cost! I also love the customer service. Upon joining Farmers Credit union, Monica telephoned me and explained some of the accounts. When I wanted to open a CD, she explained the procedure and then sent me a copy of the CD. All was done quickly and efficiently. Monica was very helpful.

She also assisted me with application for depositing money from my personal account in to my Farmers account. We need more people like her, who go out of their way to assist those in need. I would like to say that Jeff Huebner that works in the Lending Dept is extremely good at what he does, he is polite and very knowledgeable about the credit cards that they offer.
