Farmers Insurance - James Adsit

I was with Farmers Insurance Agency (office in Lemon Grove) for over a decade. The only reason I had to change insurance agency was because I moved from California to Texas. James Adsit was always great at providing superb customer service and was always there to answer any insurance questions I had. Thank you, James!

Had a very positive experience recently with Jim. I had a flood over the weekend from my washer machine. I sent Jim a message by text and to my surprise he responded right away. Was not expecting that, especially on a Sunday. He was able to provide assistance to get my claim started and followed up with me Monday morning. Jim is a very nice guy and I feel he truly cares about his customers. I will never consider going any where else for my insurance.
