I came here last year to do my taxes for the first time and honestly did not disappoint. They were so nice and helpful its very quiet here which is honestly so nice. If you need you taxes done or a letter notarized, This is a very good place to do that. I did my taxes with Federico.

Extremely unprofessional, giving me nothing but the runaround can never answer a question. Have to call multiple times just to get an answer that's always different. Do not come do your taxes hear they filed them wrong and it takes months and months and months just for them to fix it

Use turbo tax h&r block. use anyone but them.. They dont give u the actual cash amount your expected to recieve.. So when u go on irs.gov wheres my refund. U cant see your refund status. Why not u ask?.. Beside theyre prep fees.. They still take considerable amount from your returns in a fraudulent manner..

Faros Insurance is Scandalous don't come here they say you will get charged $25 But they never tell you how much the actual fee they're taking Because I was supposed to receive $862 I call IRS and they are the ones that inform me that Faros insurance has a fee of 354 and they never told me upfront and this has happened to several people. They don't tell you upfront that there going to charge you a processing fee upfront the associates don't even document it and let you know all the details. Next
