This company has been unreliable, disrespectful, and uncommunicative. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. A HUGE help! We were overwhelmed as two married contractors & recent homebuyers trying to use TurboTax, so we sought in-person help instead. We approached the meeting embarrassed with how little we understood but William was SO helpful, and gave us lots of good advice and knowledge.
