I signed up with Rod Mercado Financial rescue llc debt relief program last July 2020 and the problem is they don't communicate very well and very often to update my account. If i call them its always their voice message and i cant even leave a message because it keeps saying mailbox is full. I email them but it takes so long for them to email me back. Thinking that my debts are resolved in 2021, I was surprised that I still owe $4,785 on one of the bank. I completely paid Financial Rescue to assist me but it seemed like being scammed is not what I am expecting . Trying to call and email all the possible number there is, always a voicemail, no one had been reaching me back on email. If this is not resolved, maybe a court order could help.

All bad reviews here are all true, i am also a victim of this company. I have paid 29k to them but have found out, only 12k were paid. They took more fees for them that paying my debt, its like 70pct fees to 30pct debt payment. The 4yrs program become 5yrs. More than what is expected. Beware with this shady company.
