Over a year after they did my FIRPTA papers I found that in the Form sent back after all , is missing the Withholding`s tax Payer ID . That is not the Issue , the respond is that I can do my Claim of the retention trough another Form . I wished I was told this in advance when They charge me the 500 usd and if I agree to do my tax report they would charge me 1500 usd more this year. I understand the Buyer is not obliged to give their number , but be aware if you don?t have that number is impossible to file t
