I've known Frank Kapitza for over 20 years. He has handled several of my companies and I also recommended him to a few business associates, who have also used Frank. He pays great attention to details and thoroughly explains the tax situations.

Frank has been a pleasure to work with. He runs a professional firm, that is willing to go above and beyond for each one of his clients. I've known Frank Kapitza since we went to high school together back in the seventies. Frank was always into math equations and numbers. He didn't need a calculator. He could just figure out number equations in his head extremely fast. He's my accountant and he's very competent and informative. Frank was very nice when I went in for a consultation but it was all downhill from there. Said they were going to take care of everything but I wound up having to do most of the work. Beware! They lure you into their monthly subscription, mutually sign an agreement and lo and behold they send out a "mock invoice" that is 4x higher than monthly fee that was agreed on. Well, unless you like getting ripped off like that hire him. They did not even complete and reconcile the accounts for the month they charged me and no refund has been given. CPS is a better title: Certified Public Scammer

If I could give less than a star, I would. I asked this gentleman (Frank Kapitza CPA) for a ballpark estimate on what he charges to generate Schedule K1, (used for LLC partnerships) and he hung up the phone. What a loser.
