Don't waste your time, they don't seem interested in adding new clients. I had a telephone consult with Carmen a few weeks ago. She seemed very informative and knew what she was talking about, which gave me comfort in growing my business with them. However, that is where it ended. She emailed me after the call, asked for a few documents to be able to quote me accurately, which I promptly sent her and I never heard from the company again. I emailed her a couple times to follow up and no response.
