This was one of the most upsetting experiences I?ve ever had with a tax office. They rushed through my documents and told me I owed over $16,000 ? which made no sense. When I questioned it, the preparer dismissed me and wouldn?t take the time to review anything, even after I pointed out a clear mistake. I was asked for ridiculous documents, like my 13-year-old son?s proof of residency. I left the office in tears. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and found out their entire estimate was wrong. I wish I can give them 0/5 stars for their lack of effort and overall responsibility of my tax services. In the year 2023 of April I got taxes done through them. Choosing a new avenue and one of the worst mistakes and to this day is still affecting me. I have been trying to get 2022 income tax refund supposed to be 1100$. However, since it was close to tax day, they recommended that I walk in. I arrived 30 minutes before opening and a line of 10 people quickly formed. The WORST Service EVER.... Customer Services those young despots, rude, without knowledge and lack of customer service skills. Their service is so good . I have been going there for the past 3 years and Hector helped me with Filing taxes on these years . He is so knowledgeable and will patiently clarify your questions . He clearly point out the important points on why that can?t happen and when will that be possible . It?s never a one word answer from him and I loved the details . Hector totally deserved 5 stars . I will do my taxes again for the next coming years with him .

Before I went to Elsa I would get audited almost every year and now since I've been going to her for the past 4 years everything has been good I've had no problems. She is awesome!
