Do not work as a Contractor for GenTech Associates! They are a government subcontractor that will offer you a low salary and lie about much they can pay you and about giving you an IRA match. I was told I would get a 3% IRA match if a created an IRA account after I started working for them. After leaving the contract position for a better job I found out that they weren't matching anything. They said they only optionally matched at the end of the year if they good made profits and if you still worked for t
