I came for a 1 time financial plan with some very simple questions. I guess if you're not a high value client or don't let them manage your assets, then you aren't worth their time. My advisor failed to follow-up on sending the promised deliverables for both meetings, I had to reach out and ask. There were typos and they clearly ignored certain parts of my financial situation.
