Don?t be rude to customers just because they don?t want to file with you. I was not rude asking for my paperwork back , & to charge $175 just because I wanted my w2 & child tax credit paper back and then to not receive it because I didn?t want to pay $175. I think that was wrong of you . Not going to lie you were great last year , this year you over charged & I just wanted to let you know I would?ve had to wait 3 months with you& pay double with you , and not get the max I know I can get and somewhere els

If I can give them zero stars I would, Honestly this place was so unprofessional I was there since 10 AM and didn?t leave until 7 PM and when someone was helping me they?ll stop helping you just to talk to other people and then come back to you like that?s so rude can you just give your time and dedication to focus on that person so you can just get them out the way and continue helping others.
