This is a long-due review. Last year, Gary prepared my tax and did a horrendous job, the worst tax preparer I have ever had. He made various mistakes such as filling out information with the wrong numbers ( even after I had pointed out what needed to be corrected) he does not have a clue about schedule E, and he failed to add my refinancing costs from the previous year, entered duplicate expenses that only this year I noticed after the CPA I hired showed me the serious mistakes he made on my tax return las

I had a wonderful experience. I tend to be nervous each year prior to doing my taxes due to previous poor experiences, but Ms. Krystal made it a seamless, easy, quick process. She was able to turn a normally tough situation, into an enjoyable pleasant one. She has made me a life long customer as far as I'm concerned as long as taxes exist (which is most likely forever)
