The IRS placed liens against my husband and I for not submitting our returns. The balance the IRS had for taxes, penalties and interest were astronomical fees. Everyone who answers the phone seems great and willing to help you. The actual CPA seems like and jerk and doesn't seem to want new customers. Don't bother filling out the online forms. JUST A LITTLE UPDATE. The f-word is common place. Especially in my trade. Second the accountant wasn't told to go F-himself until he proceeded to scold me like a child. Wouldn?t dream of going anywhere aside from Debra?s! I brought in a random assortment of papers and the accountants were able to send me off within 30 minutes with a pretty refund to expect. And even with my mom?s more complicated taxes as a partner in a business, they were able to explain and help us understand the ins-and-outs.
