We've been using Halpern for about 8 or 10 years and they are absolutely the best! They promptly respond to all your questions all during the year. I find creating folders and uploading tax documents in their portal super easy. They go out of their way to provide you with past years returns the same day you request them. The cost is competitive but more importantly we value their services. Zack Halpern is our main contact and he is the best.

Do not use this company! I dealt personally with Patti, and then Barbara Halpern. Both of them will answer the first few emails, then stop responding. When I showed up in person they claimed they didn?t receive any emails. They both know they failed to do their jobs and respond to their customers. I ended up having to hire someone else to clean up their mess.

I would not recommend this firm at all. They do NOT respond to emails or phone calls. I would not trust them with your taxes. Also, their office has papers everywhere which raises concerns for whether your information is kept private. Very unhappy with them. They have had many chances to address the small issue I had and never did.
