I have been going to Anthony and Berto at Help U Save for about 5-6 years now. They are both awesome and make getting my taxes done so quick and easy. Just got insurance for 2 cars over the phone! Only took maybe 20 min.

I did my taxes with this company and they owe me money, still only paid me part what was due back to me on my state taxes. I had no idea my state taxes went into their account. I have tried many times to contact tax preparer Anthony he has only given me run around and his co workers tell me he is always out of the office. I would not trust them at all. Going to look into legal action and notify the state tax board. Follow up 05/27/23 they did pay me the remainder of my money. Thank you. I really did like th

This insurance office has the best rates in town. After getting a DUI I been dealing with lots of high rates with other brokers and these guys just save me over 80.00 bucks per month !! They explain everything in detail and have me a bunch of options. I came in today to make my last payment and guess what. It was FREE !!! a few weeks ago i received a letter from the IRS in regards to a balance for the year of 2016.(which can happen to anyone) i was a little concerned and brought it in. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY INSURANCE NEEDS AGAIN!!! I have been waiting on a refund for a month regarding a bunch of errors made on my policies by there employee Lucy and Isabel the manager has yet to correct the situation. There CROOKS!!! I'm about to call the California department of insurance and the BBB at this time. This is Just HORRIBLE? I refused services and they still took money off my card and sent in a policy with my money attached basically collecting a commission ?THEY DONT DESERV

Wow , this place is great - the staff they have here is amazing. I came in for some auto insurance and they saved me over 600 dollars. The girls here have great service and very helpful. Help Less Insurance, I can't believe they work with companies that they cancel you policy with out you knowing!!!!!! Save your self a hard time and look for other options!!!!! Let me tell you people !!!! Super cool staff and friendly. Office is clean and looks super professional nice colors on walls . I needed an SR-22 to get my licensed back and they hooked me up at no charge for it . I went to other office and the dude wanted 450.00 down i only paid 210.00 bucks with helpsuave !!! Honestly, the first time I ever did my taxes with them, it came out great, but the following year, they miscalculated my Education Credits and i ended up getting audited by the IRS for a tax return that was two years ago, i called and asked for help and a explanation on why this was screwed up, they just told me to come in and they would type out a IRS form letter, they told me they would call me when it was done, never got a call after a week, once i called they said that the letter had been finished days
