I had a family emergency and needed funds. I was helped by Debbie and the process was very quick. I am grateful for the help that I have received from High Rise financial. Very easy to work with and quick. The best part was transparency in interest rates and NO COMPOUND interest which can suck your money dry. I have had very good customer service with each call and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I appreciated every dollar as I was not able to work for at least 7-9 months and did not have any savings when I got injured this was a life saver indeed.

Well it didn't work out in my favor and they were very responsive and polite . Also did give me an answer within a few days.but asking for a document of it for my records.even just an email.ot is important to have and now they are not complying. I have a few questions but no answers.it would logically be the way you close the file with any client u have obtained case information with.

Not happy with services. When you request funds they are very nice but after you are approved, they do not answer your calls,send you straight to voicemail, don't care if you need the funds for food and bills but just cares about meeting quota in my opinion. It's sad to be told don't go with any other funding company (by highrise financial) but when you listen they don't follow up with you until you contact them several times.

Terrible. Tell you they can help you, drag the process out for 3 weeks-then say they cannot help. Don't even bother with this company they'll tell you what you want to hear to keep your business. Don't take initiative to even work your application unless you consistently call them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

High rise is the place that really help you out with things that matter the most they care and really help us being under roof. Because with high rise I wouldn't know what to do with a home. They help in many different ways we need help in. Thank u and I would recommend high rise.

They wrote me a personal check thru Cathay Bank but no one will cash it because Cathey doesn't verify personal checks I have contacted and left multiple messages talked to many at high rise financial no one will resolve this issue by sending a cashier's check so it was useless to use them at all.

Do not go through these people if you need money fast or if it's for an emergency, they do not care they will put you off till the next day or the next day or even the following Monday... Also high-rise only does wire transfers or check by mail and both routes end up taking an extra day on top of the few days that it takes them to approve your application... I submitted my info for a loan, they contacted my lawyer, my lawyer gave them everything they need and then they rejected my loan with no explanation over a text message. Super unprofessional. Originally had some problems with a sale rep. My Fianc?e and I were approved for a presettlement loan, but had issues with a sale representative. But since then, I left a poor review and someone from Management called us and apologized on behalf of the sales associate. Sunrise is a great company and work really fast. My only issue is I wish they tell you up front which banks don't accept their wires. Not knowing slows down the process a bit. But to avoid that just ask and it will go very smooth and very fast. They did however, kept me informed every step of the way.

I was helped twice by this company and they delivered on time. No complaints! My last attempt took over a week and I never recieved a status other than its stuck in underwriting. I am very disappointed in the level of service I received. Im not going to say not to deal with them but beware have a backup plan because you may not recieve an answer in time.
