Pretty disappointed with the whole process. Was working with David jr. but he never followed up. I wanted to get an application in for the Dream for All. After providing everything, I had to call and ask what is going on and on that day they ran my credit. Never provided a status update. Reached out a few times through email, nothing. Here's the deal. There are an enormous number of lenders currently refinancing thousands of loans with interest rates being so low. I called back HFN after receiving a letter and had a long conversation with a loan specialist. I was quoted the same 2.75% rate as all the other VA lenders, and when questioned about scheduled costs, I was told, 3,800 to 4000, in other words ?what could be recouped in 6 months?
