There were so many things that resonated with me using incite tax! They are extremely fast and communicative and they were always prompt in getting back to me and gave me thorough explanations when answering my questions! I loved the feedback and explanation after my taxes were done and I ended up owing money to the IRS! I feel better set up for next time so that I hopefully don't end up owing again! My taxes have already been filed and the team is still readily answering any questions I have! It feels good

Personal Taxes still aren't done, they aren't addressing that, the only email response I have received was that I am on an old plan and they need to "Update my pricing" Meanwhile they are holding my personal taxed hostage and costing me more money by making my taxes late. Non-responsive and not helpful, the only feedback that has been valuable was a spreadsheet I received. If I could rate 0 I would. DO NOT USE INCITE!

I started the process with Incite Tax over a month ago and filled out the onboarding form as well. However, I have yet to receive much communication and was left in the dark for basically the entire month. For the amount we're paying as customers, there needs to be better communication and follow ups so filings can be made in a timely manner. I've always done my own taxes through Turbo Tax in the past and dreaded tax season, putting it off until the last minute or when the wife would ask about when I would start doing the taxes. I paid Incite Tax Service $64.95 per month for all of 2023 and they completed my taxes but never filed my state or federal taxes and they never told me they didn't file them. Then in 2025 I started getting letters from the IRS about my failure to file. See the attached Docusign photo showing the completed taxes and our signature. This was the last I ever heard from Thomas Cantrell or anyone else at Incite Tax. Now they won't respond to my inquiries.

What a horrible experience. Not only was the communication non existent with my tax preparer but they messed up my state income taxes! It was like pulling teeth trying to work with these people. Their app does not work, their website doesn?t work. We uploaded all our documents in early February now it?s May and they have not done our tax yet. they don?t communicate with you. When you call them they don?t answer or they give you excuse to why they don?t call back or why they have not fail your tax. They don?t let you communicate with your personal tax person. BP Tax had a standard monthly fee that covered my business tax and the 2 partners personal tax filings.
