This Ipay is horrendous. 1st they didn't change my last name to match my name onfile at the bank. 2nd. I have called twice - was in the queue for 18 minutes, then someone answered without speaking - open air - no one would answer. Hung up and called again. IPAY SOLUTIONS JUST REMOVED A RECURRING PAYEE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO ME. MY LIFE INSURANCE POLICY WAS IN JEOPARDY OF BEING CANCELLED. I RE-ENTERED THE PAYEE AND RECEIVED A NOTICE IT WAS ENTERED. STILL CAN'T ACCESS ON MY BANK SITE. JUST SAT ON HOLD AN
