For the price I paid for tax prep, the value isn't there. From initial contact to receive an invite to the portal took way too long. At least 2-3 weeks after I said I needed an invite, I was ignored until I called Rachel again and she finally sent an invite to the portal. Once documents were uploaded I was told a week turnaround time, which turned out to be 2 hours.
