They are quick to ask for payments but rarely have a resolution. My credit score improved for a bit and went back to where we started. I can't even point out one thing they might have done to fix it everything still looks the same. When I did reach out they told me it's probably new items that are on my report which is not true. False promises.

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this companies services. To start the two employees I've work hand in hand with , Maddie and Stacy , are rude and unprofessional. I've reached out over 5 times via email , and phone calls and have not heard back a single time. They claimed to have deleted hard inquires and debts off my credit however when ran in chex systems , all the deleted items are still there proving they have done nothing to help my credit. Worst experience and very bad customer service. Jennifer was very convincing and helpful in the beginning. Once fees were paid, her and her office stopped requesting documents and stopped contact completely.
