Easy process, just upload your tax documents and the whole approval process can be done by email. Did not help answer any questions we had, which we had laid out in writing prior to going into contract with them. Did not have basic knowledge around a Roth IRA.May as well have used turbotax- that is the level of service received. Would not recommend to anyone.
