Richard went above the call this year. He sat down with us and talked us through our taxes this year and showed us what was needed and not needed. He is very personable and made sure we understood what the forms we filed and why we needed to file them. He also found that we missed a form last year and helped us to amend it.

I came in to drop my stuff off and he asked if I had 15 min so he could do them in front of me and answer any questions I had immediately. He did this super quick, told me the papers I needed and didn't need. The return was completed very fats and I got to see what I was getting at the end of 15 min. He made sure everything was correct and it was a pleasure working with, i laughed a lot and had a big smile as i l left his office. Its my second year with the business and I'll always come back!
