Not pleased with the level of customer care provided. I constantly have to email asking for the status of my return. A day or two later they send back something saying they are working on it, a new document for me to sign or they just ignore me. After asking, I received an alert that they just finished it and needed to be paid and the final signature. I paid and returned the form same day and just today(a month later) I get the notification. That they submitted my taxes. I?ll switch companies for next year
