Worst CPA I've ever hired. Estate Tax filing was rejected by IRS, his firm never re-filed, did not notify me, and maintained a ruse that all was either OK or fault of IRS. Cost me much bucks in penalties and interest after a year discovering and resolving issue on my own. Avoid!
Mark is who helps me out with my S-Corp. Very helpful with making a stressful time of year feel like a breeze.
Been using him for my personal taxes since 2017. He also handled my business since it?s inception. Honest, friendly, accessible and solid accounting services. Keith and his team are a pleasure to work with. No hesitation recommending his accounting services to individuals and businesses in the NWA area.
Keith Glass has done my taxes for several years, from the Prairie Grove office and Fayetteville. He has always taken the time to answer my questions. Office staff is very personable and eager to help. I have referred him to family members and they also have had great service.
The folks at Keith M. Glass have helped me with finances, my small business, and my tax returns for years now. It's always a friendly, helpful environment when I visit. I appreciate all they've done for me and look forward to continuing to work with them.
Ever have those moments where you're absolutely confident that everything's going to work out in the end? That's what it's like having Keith Glass as your accountant. He was my parents' accountant, and he did such an outstanding job with them each year that my brother & I knew we wanted to work with him, too. His staff are incredibly professional, and we can't thank everyone there at the office enough for their hard work.
Steven was very helpful. Went out of his way to resolve an issue. Keith has been doing my taxes and any other accounting matters for years. Highly recommend.
Rita is the best accountant I could ever ask for! She takes care of all my needs and goes out of her way to do extra things for me without complaining. It?s so nice when you own a business to have someone taking care of the accountant side of things so I can continue to run my business proficiently.
We have used Keith Glass firm for years He & his entire staff are very efficient, knowledgable, & professional. Excellent front desk person, Stephen.
Pleasant to deal with. Keith is very easy to reach and will always take time to answer questions, whether by email or an in person visit.
Keith has done our taxes for 5 years. He does a great job on our taxes and saves us money.
Mr. Glass and his team are fantastic. We utilize their expertise year round. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who gives you confidence in your tax completion and consultation.
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. All in all, it's a first- class operation. The professionalism is apparent as soon as you enter and you can be assured you are in good hands.
3/1/2024 Keith Glass and all of his team and especially Steven Newkirk are so kind and helpful and so knowledgeable they know there tax information and will save you money
This office is helpful, courteous, and on time?and even kind of fun. We have used them for personal and business taxes for 3 years.
I highly recommend Keirh Glass and his staff! They know their stuff and are very helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you and make sure everything is done right so your mind is put at ease. Keith Glass is clearly one of the best!
Brought Keith my tax information well before the deadline, did not get a call back until weeks after the deadline. Started receiving late notices, penalty fees, and interest on the penalties. Keith said it was my fault I did not file an extension, and he is not responsible for the legal action the IRS took against me.
Keith is the best. Me and my family have used him for a long time.
I have been very happy with my tax service. They have been very helpful with my questions and to resolve issues.
I really like this CPA. He is so knowledgeable and helpful along the process.
I gave my tax information in March. His office kept giving me the runaround. Had to file an extension. As of June, nothing had been done. NEVER do business with this man.
Keith and his team have been a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!
I am very glad to have found such good accounting services since moving to NWA.
We have used Keith Glass CPA for years and been very happy. To the person who was upset with the receptionist, Randi, she is no longer there.
Very friendly reception, quick to respond to emails/calls, great service for years.
Professional and Courteous. 20 year client. Excellent office staff.
Keith Glass has been doing my taxes for many years. Never a problem.
Have been with this accounting firm for 17 years and have always been satisfied. ??

Very proficient and nice front desk person.

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
