I wish I could say I had an honest person from this firm to help me with the IRS when all I asked for and paid for was an extension. This firm was not able to produce proof that services were rendered. When I reached the IRS, they made it clear there was no extension done which in turn cost me penalties. This was dishonest of Ray.
