Note: CalFire Insurance provided a very unfortunate shock in the final moments, pushing the sale date back causing problems for the seller, that could have easily made it impossible for us to finish the purchase; but she made sure - even though CalFire clearly bait and switched pricing on us by 3x - that our 26+ acre property is covered in case of a fire.
