I've been coming to La Puente Income Tax for years. I began with Nena, Neynna's Mom who built my trust in thier service. I was part of a family that helped you in any way they could and still do. Neynna is the best and I won't trust anyone else. She's a very hard worker and I give her all my respect. Tax season is a her busiest time so be early, calm, patient and understanding. I have been doing my Taxes here for many years now. Neynna is my go to person. She is professional, efficient, quick and precise. But the real reason I come to her is because she is personable, compassionate and caring. I highly recommend you to visit their office. Get there early because they get busy fairly quickly! Well, I did my taxes back in February. I still have yet to receive my refund so I'm Disappointment and when I called this Tax place, they told me to call Irs to see what was going on they said it's probably some paperwork that they need to submit whoever did your taxes with. So when I wrote this review someone reach out to me from the office, She said she didn't understand why I hadn't got my refund yet and there's a lot of fraud going around and that she did her part so maybe it was something I did somethi

First off, let me say that LP Income Tax is the place to go when you need to get your taxes done! I started going to LP taxes (based off recommendations from both my grandmother and mother) back in 2005 when I began my first job and haven't gone anywhere since! The staff are wonderful and definitely feel like family. If you are looking for a high quality and family oriented tax business, then LP Income Tax is for you!

Started coming here because of my parents since 2022 and is very reliable with great service she's always taking me last minute so I do appreciate that. Another plus is that this business does take walk ins so that's perfect since I do have a busy schedule.

We came to this place because of the reviews. The majority is 5 stars, but unfortunately, I can't say the same. We were helped by Nannya . I brought my toddler with me who is a year and four months old as soon as we step inside her work space first thing she says I don't mind the kids but control him don't let him run around first red flag for my wife and I. I came to Neynna 3 years ago when my family and I moved back to California from Texas and we have been extremely impressed with Neynna?s level of knowledge and expertise. I've been coming for for several years now, actually several of my family members do as well. Always happy with the fast and friendly service we receive. Neynna is awesome and this year they gave out school supplies for the kids!! We need the community to look out for each other especially during hard times?? I went to do my taxes with this place because I was referred by a friend. The charge for this place was 100 dollars. The lady that helped me seem to have underlying attitude and seem inpatient with any questions I had. A month later after submitting my taxes I got a letter from the IRS saying it wasn't properly done. When we went back frustrated and the lady blamed me for not providing the right paperwork and wanted to charge us a additional 75 fee to correct the taxes. So we left and went down the street
