This is a scam, not accounting services. They work with Russian-speaking people and scam them out of money. We applied to file a declaration. The declaration is very simple, the time to submit it is 10 minutes. Initially, it was said that the cost was $250, but when we created a personal account in their company, the amount increased to $1000. I do not recommend La Rusa for cooperation or consultation at all. I had to work with them and I know what I'm talking about. Having contacted them as a client who does not understand anything about taxes, and they position themselves as specialists, I received a disrespectful attitude from the employees towards me, constantly postponing my question for a week in advance. Rude and aggressive communication with their main manager, which subsequently led to a delay in paying taxes through no fault of my own!

Absolutely unprofessional! Every time I tried to contact the company, different people kept respond me. One of them her son Daniel, who couldn?t read and had hard time in understand how many W2 forms I sent to them. Finally the owner said she would be doing my tax preparation. Absolutely unprofessional! I never received my service but received debt from collection! Initially they mixed up me with somebody else and stopped responding to my emails and call phones.
