I can only say great things about my experience with Brandon of Ladera Lending. I've refinanced several times in the past and this was by far the easiest experience I've ever had. Brandon walked me through every step. He always called me after sending any documents to make sure I understood everything. If all of Ladera Lending's loan officers are as good as he is, it is a great company.

Scott Hemp with Ladera is one of the best mortgage reps I've worked with. Communication is excellent and I knew every minute where my load was and when it would close.
