We have very complex taxes. We gave them all the information needed in a very organized manner. I was under the impression we were having a senior cpa doing our 2023 taxes but we were handed over to an assistant that didn't have much experience. Not only did they give us the wrong amount we owed but charged 2000 to prepare our taxes. Had the nerve to ask us to give them another chance. Beware.
