Mr. Watson is wonderful manager and great at working with clients who are in debt. I lost my health insurance when I was receiving treatment and owed a doctor some money from years ago. Excellent customer service. The medical bill I paid was adjusted by insurance, reducing the amount I should have owed. Robert contacted me and let me know they had refunded the overpayment back to me. I had expected I would have to wait for repayment, so the fact that they corrected it so quickly was a pleasant surprise.

Tried to scam me by making up medical bills that didn't exist and wouldn't send a copy of said bill. If you believe this firm is attempting to scam you file a dispute with your credit reporter and the BBB. Immediately got Lawson to stop contact and remove derogatory remark from the credit report
