Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming! It's my first time taking out a loan for my new-ish car! I applied for the pre-approval loan online and went in for the check - words can't describe how helpful and attentive Sharlene was for me. The dealer didn't give an options contract so she had to hurdle her way to get ahold of the finance manager. If it wasn't for her, I would have been in serious trouble! Thank you so much!
Their employees were very courteous, friendly, and patient. I was nervous about coming in for a car loan but they put me at ease and got me an excellent rate! Would absolutely recommend others to apply here.
Been with LBS for over 15 years and they've always showed up. Great credit union to join. Thank you for your service!
I love this branch. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. The wait time is very short also.
Went in first time in 2 years to pay off my auto loan. All went good teller was vary good on helping me and finishing process.Place is vary professional and clean
LBS Credit union we have been with them for 50 years everyone there is friendly and helpful.
I have had a great experience with LBS Financial. Their customer service is exceptional from start to finish. When I needed help with a new credit card for an emergency, LBS Financial came through and relieved a lot of stress. I am very thankful for the help I received.
Outstanding customer service! Very helpful staff! Consummate professionals! Excellent rates!
I advise to call and make an appointment. Otherwise, there maybe a few minutes wait before your arrival due to other appointments are scheduled first than walk-ins. However, it's a worth of wait, and Sharlene was very helpful, attentive, and provided answers to my questions. Otherwise, I made the right choice with LBS Financial Credit Union.
Always a pleasure to have the experience of doing business with you all.
I have been a customer with LBS for over 20 years. Staff, manager have made me feel like family and have gone out of their way to help me during my lowest. It feels personal and I appreciate it so much.
I been with LBS Financial Credit Union for 13 years and they are to me one of the best banks to handle your finances, and anything else you ask.
Awesome service. Starting with the security officer, he greeted my family and opened the door for us. The teller was just as nice, I was received witha smile and taken care off my transaction quickly there were 4 windows open. The Best bank experience.
Always very friendly excellent customer service and better rates across the board for every thing! The interest earned here on our small savings is so much more than regular banks. I'm not an expert at math, but here I earn way more than the penny I earn at the big popular bank. I keep the big bank for the locations that they have everywhere. The one thing not offered here at the CU is a business account.
Our family has been using LBS for over 40 years. As long as the service is as good as they give to our entire family why go somewhere else. Our sons have grown up and have their own accounts for many years. All of us have used other services besides deposits and withdrawals and no complaints. Thanks LBS.
Edit: I wasn't a fan of how LBSFCU changed their handling of legacy credit cards after switching to their new system. However, after talking to their VP of electronic banking, they corrected the issues I had. They were patient, apologetic, extremely helpful, and extremely informative through the whole process. My credit score is being repaired and everything is back to the way it should be. LBSFCU does what it can to make things right. Back to 5 stars.
I'm a member with LBS, i was delighted to have met Miss Beth to suffice me with all my concerns. She is well grounded with her assign job and hope people will be encourage to perform like she does. Handling clients above and beyond. I highly appreciate it!
Great staff. Mary Anne showed excellent customer service. The branch in Cerritos is clean and spacious. Took me no time to be assisted. I love this credit union.
Love this bank and the people are amazing.
I'm a member of LA Financial Credit Union and more often than not, the ATM is out of service. On top of that, they only have one ATM and when you go way out of your way to make a deposit, it is so infuriating to find out it is not working! But this bank always comes to the rescue. I have never had an issue with them. And they have 2 ATMs. Love this place!!! ??
Charlene was incompetent and not helpful or compassionate to a woman that just lost her POW Veteran husband. Stay away from Charlene. Asian lady in her 60?s.
Great customer service. Never long lines. Easy to use online app Thank you for your services today and the past years.
Very Nice and pleasant banking experience! We accomplished everything we set out to do. The Staff was Courteous and Knowledgeable. My wife and I were 100%happy with the outcome!
Went in to order a new ATM due to fraud on my card however I was told it was already ordered through the call center. Turns out the call center cancelled the order because I went into the bank to request a new one. Too much confusion and my ATM was never ordered. Two and half weeks wasted. Called the call center and they refused to expedite my ATM. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks. So irritating!!
Had my ups & downs with LBSF They've watch me grow from a young teen into adult hood. Good to say. Besides not having business Accounts/ I'm 100 percent happy.
This guys LBS MAKE EVERYTHING simple for you and fast great service I would recommend anyone to give them a chance

Exceptional customer service, experienced, professional, friendly tellers and employees who greet you as you walk in. There's rarely a line. I have been a member since 97
We deposit a check and we start to use the money and after two weeks the bank is saying it's not valid , and they started to withdraw the money , that tells me that this bank is not professional and working on a very old system
Best bank I have ever banked with. Great service and great rates.

Look for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, which ensures they’ve passed rigorous exams and meet state requirements. Check for relevant experience in your industry, additional certifications like CFA or CMA, and membership in professional organizations like the AICPA. Verify their credentials through state licensing boards.
Use online directories like the AICPA, CPAverify, or state CPA societies. Search platforms like Yelp or Google for local CPAs with reviews. Ask for referrals from business associates, friends, or financial advisors. Local chambers of commerce can also provide recommendations.
A CPA is a licensed professional who has passed the CPA exam and met state requirements for education and experience. An accountant may lack this certification and could have varying levels of expertise. For complex tasks like tax audits or financial reporting, a CPA is typically more qualified.
Ask about their experience with your specific financial needs, such as tax preparation, small business accounting, or estate planning. Review their website or LinkedIn for case studies or client testimonials. Inquire about their client base to ensure they handle similar financial situations.
Yes, reviews provide insight into a CPA’s reliability, communication, and performance. Check platforms like Google, Yelp, or the Better Business Bureau for client feedback. Look for patterns in reviews, but verify their authenticity, as some may be biased or outdated.
Visit your state’s Board of Accountancy website or use CPAverify.org to check a CPA’s license status. Confirm their license is active and check for any disciplinary actions or complaints. This ensures they’re in good standing and meet professional standards.
Ask about their experience with your financial needs, fee structure, availability, and communication style. Inquire how they handle tax filings, audits, or financial planning. Ask for references or examples of similar work to assess their expertise and fit.
Fees vary based on location, services, and complexity. Basic tax preparation may cost $150-$500, while business accounting or audits can range from $1,000 to $10,000+. Request a detailed fee structure upfront and compare quotes from multiple CPAs.
Yes, many CPAs offer remote services through secure online platforms for document sharing and virtual consultations. Ensure they use encrypted tools for data security. Remote CPAs can be effective if they understand your local tax laws or business regulations.
During consultations, evaluate their ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Ask sample questions about taxes or financial strategies and note their responsiveness and clarity. Good communication ensures you understand their advice and fosters a productive relationship.
Beware of CPAs who guarantee specific tax refunds, lack a valid license, or have disciplinary actions on record. Avoid those with poor communication, vague fee structures, or negative reviews highlighting unethical behavior. Always verify their credentials independently.
Large firms offer more resources and specialized teams but may charge higher fees. Solo practitioners often provide personalized service and lower costs but may have limited availability. Choose based on your needs, budget, and preference for personalized attention.
For individuals, annual meetings for tax preparation may suffice. Businesses may need quarterly or monthly check-ins for bookkeeping, tax planning, or financial reporting. Discuss your needs upfront to establish a meeting schedule that aligns with your financial goals.
Yes, many CPAs handle both, but confirm their expertise in both areas. Ask about their experience managing personal taxes and business accounting simultaneously. Ensure they can balance both without compromising attention to your specific financial needs.
Discuss concerns directly with your CPA to resolve issues. If unresolved, check your contract for termination terms. Seek a new CPA by researching reviews, credentials, and referrals. Request your financial records to ensure a smooth transition to a new professional.
