Every time I deal with Frank I'm told something different or given wrong details. Dealing with Frank has been very frustrating and now I feel like I've been lied too. Very upsetting for someone trying to do their best to better my debt issues! The process of the loan was fine.

Extremely questionable business practices. After applying for a loan i received an email informing me that my application was incomplete and the loan request would not be approved if incomplete by a certain date. Which was 3 days after I received the notice. The disturbing issue here is that they didn't note what information was missing. Just a threat to boot my app out. A respectable lender would have been more professional. I walked away. Caveat emptor!

Long wait time and constantly got put on hold while redirected to multiple people and had to repeat my information a lot to different people. The real people I spoke to were nice though. Had an appt scheduled to give a survey and kept getting hung up on from their automated system. They need to work on their communication system.

I have filled out a merchant application twice in the last six months and have not heard back. I called the number listed on website multiple times and get sent to voicemail every time. I have left messages and no one has returned my calls.

I was able to get a funeral loan with no problem. The only thing that I didn't like was that I was supposed to be dealing with a certain person, but this person never returned 4 phone call messages, 2 emails or 2 texts (within a weeks time span). Oh and it never failed what time of day it was I was either #1 - 3 no one would pick up after 5 minutes then it would send me to voicemail. I finally gave up on calling and not getting an actual person so instead I went with emailing the main borrower services com

Much confusion throughout the process. Customer service reps are not comfortable with the English language. After pre-approval, I was asked to submit the same documents multiple times. Interest rate is terrible. The loan origination fee is not disclosed until the end of the process. With the interest and fees, it amounts to approximately a 40% interest rate. Barely legal. I would NEVER recommend this company!!!

Very pushy and when you have questions dismissive. Daniel was my account representative and moments on the phone with him just flat out rude. " I don't know how else to explain it." I did not like the interaction I had with them and went a different route when I spoke to the supervisor Jonathan about not needing the service he was very rude and abruptly ended the call when he realized I would not be borrowing from them with a 26% interest . Just a yucky experience in all.

I've been aggressively paying down my high interest debt. LendingUSA is a very instrumently tool to use. Playing hardball with CC's companies sometimes makes your credit score take a hit. LendingUSA worked with my Alleviate Financial team to negotiate a payoff that was manageable.

Very good customer service. They explain from detail to detail of your lawn before making any decisions and they do answer every question that you may have.

I'm still not sure if this business is legit because they are offering me a loan but they couldn't deposit money into my account because of my credit report or something & now they want me to pay a hundred dollars first before I get my loan. It just doesn't make sense to me

Wish I could give a zero. They have the worst customer service you can be in a hard time and call and be assured no payment will be deducted and remove consent for the payment and they will take it out anyway. Then no one knows the refund policy you get 3 days from one representative. No more than 15 from another. Then when you talk to a new representative it could be 30 days. Do NOT use this company

This place is a scam Jonathan just scammed me out of my money and said that I if I paid this fee my loan was approved and would be deposited into my account in an hour it's been over an hour no money and the phone number that we were communicating on now is not working. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY I'm going to the BBB next.

Got loan right away, interest is high. But if you pay it off in 3 months you will not have to pay any interest.
