She told us from the beginning what we needed, straightforward, she had good communication with us , if we ever had a question or anything, we were able to text her and she would respond. Horrible from start to finish. Sales person was unresponsive. Several of our emails and texts went unanswered. Then came the mortgage. We missed out on a great rate and ended up locking in on a higher rate. Kind of expected this from Lennar . Bad reviews on them online. I've dealt with better and professional salespersons at other builders such as Wathen etc. I even had wells Fargo in the past and they helped me secure a low rate unlike these people. I thin we just got the wrong people from Lennar unfortuna

Lennar did a really nice job with the mortgage on our new home in Visalia. Katrina Velez was our loan officer and always prompt in letting us know of updates and responding quickly when we had questions. It was clear that she and her team were very knowledgeable about mortgages, rates, etc. The document management system they use was also easy to work with and allowed you to upload and view key documents during the process. We had a bad experience with the loan officer Aubrey Alejo. She was not responsive to our text messages/calls thoughout our home buying process. Very bad communication, customer service and unprofessional. She made us feel like we were bothering her. Everyone was very, very difficult to get a hold of when you need them before and after the home buying process.

Overall, our experience with Lennar mortgage was pretty smooth. There were some hiccups along the way, which was to be expected. We would definitely recommend them to friends!

Nic was very friendly, professional, polite throughout the process. He never misses my calls/messages, gets right back. He is knowledgeable, very helpful to understand some jargons. Waste of time. Had an application submitted, but poor communication by their lender agent Miguel. Failed to return calls multiple times and ultimately stopped hearing back from him. Never received an official answer on our loan application. After finding another lender, we received the loan we were looking for. I can't speak on behalf of their other agents, but despite giving a good first impression, Miguel left us disappointed.
