I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with Level Debt. From the very beginning, I was sold on the promise of an ?easy? process that would lead me to a more secure financial position. However, that turned out to be nothing more than a facade. Instead of helping me, the program left me in a worse situation than before. I ended up being sued by my creditors and, shockingly, I owe even more money than I did when I started this program. My credit is now in ruins, and I was forced to scramb

I just signed up for Level Financing and Calvin Davis is a wonderful, kindhearted person and I know Level Financing is very proud of him he's very professional. Calvin spent 3 hours on the phone answering my questions in a very, very professional manner so that i felt very comfortable. What I want to say to anyone who may be wary about debt settlement programs is I've been through this situation before. In 1997 I enrolled in a debt settlement program you have to be patient. Please understand Level Financing

PLEASE do not do this or any other settlement program. At minimum, research what you are choosing to get into. You are essentially paying them to not pay your creditors and drive your credit into the dirt, and then negotiate your debt with your creditors. I don't know about you, but I can for sure do this myself without paying for help. Most of the time you can negotiate these debts especially with credit card companies yourself as low as $.10 on the dollar. The lowest they were able to settle for me was $.

Bullying and being dickheads to people is not how you get customers. People were rude about my financial situation, on top of making fun of it to try and get me to enroll in their debt relief program.

First of all, if I don't recognize a phone number, it goes straight to my voicemail. For some reason this time I answered it. Divine intervention? ???? Very disappointed with the service of Level Debt. None of the scheduled appointments were ever kept, none!! And, the percentage of my savings was very low and not anywhere near what was talked about in the beginning when signing up for the service. The app for on-line record keeping of my account was a joke as there were no running balances, strange. My account still has $230 that is in question. If you want to follow the progress, good luck. Very unhappy overall. In the beginning they were helpful and easy to reach. After a few months the agents were difficult to get ahold of and return calls rarely happened. The people changed almost monthly. That says a lot about a business. I wish I had never been involved. They do not tell the truth upfront. Avoid if possible!

Today I finished my program! It feels amazing that I am done and it honestly went by so fast! I chose to complete my program in 4 years. My counselor was Tammy!
