I have been receiving offers from Liberty 1 for a while now. I decided recently to accept an offer. My personalized web page said someone would call. No one did. I then received an email indicating I should call. No one answered. I left a message. After 5 voice messages and 5 emails.... Still no reply.

Bait and switch company. They do not help with loans. They instead talk you into paying them to negotiate your debt with your creditors which you can do on your own at a fraction of the cost. They help ruin your credit score, cancel any credit you have, run up high interest and late fees while making money off you. Run away!!

So basically their a referral service for "bankruptcy" attorneys. They want you to default on your credit cards then they will request a pay off amount. All the 5 star reviews are from ghost writers with 1 and only 1 review so this tactic is deceiving enough for you not to trust this.

Nice flyer touting up to 110K at 7% interest. I took the bait. Applied for a lesser amount. Wound up speaking with a congenial fellow. But was all a waste of time. Their offer: small loan at crazy high interest. Dont bother.

I spoke to a guy named Justin and he goes on and on about my credit situation which I already knew, that's why I called, and then he starts talking about some kind of attorney representation. I'm not looking for that ? I just wanted a lower interest loan. Don't even bother wasting your time calling them. They're a fraud and a bait and switch.

Liberty1 Financial has been there for me for the past few years. I have taken out a personal loan and 2 business loans and they have always treated me very good. They offer prepayment discounts and have gave me better terms each time since I have paid them back and developed a good relationship. They are easy to work with and have been amazing so far.

About a year ago I sought out reduce my debt before I retired. I was contacted by Anastasia from Liberty One Financial she walked me through the process step by step and sent me sample letters through email. She made so easy for me. She I could call her any for help. A year later she still there and always helpful. I don't usually give reviews but she and Liberty 1 Financial earned this one. This is a 5 Star Company you can't go wrong with them.

I applied for a loan at a few different financial institutions and ended up moving forward with Liberty1 Financial. They were very transparent along each step of the process and had a better rate than the other companies. They also seemed very sincere in helping me find a loan that is a good fit. Ty acted as though he was taking my information for a loan approval. then when he returned with terms 3 days later, they were for a program where lawyers would fight my credit card debts. still presenting it like a loan though. $1032 a month for 37 months for $88k.... well that math didnt add up so i kept reading and found that i have been mislead by Ty Cabrera and Liberty 1 financial. you guys

Wonderful group to work with. They are very knowledged and have a lot of experience finding the right loan. I was approved within a few hours of applying but I was told to hold off another day as they worked on finding a better option for me. The next day I was presented a better offer! I honestly would of taken the first loan but I listened to their advice and they delivered! Amazing customer service!

Very shady and sketchy. Spoke to the first person and seemed great and was going to help payoff my debt, get me a lower monthly payment, sounded awesome..... i agreed and signed up and THEN they transferred me to a lawyers office that TOLD the truth, 2nd line out of her mouth was, you have to default on all credit cards for MONTHS!!! UM.... Greg had just told me they were going to be making those payments!! NOPE, an absolute joke and very deceptive practices.

SCAM! Stay away! They ask you for your bank info before they send you any lending agreement. As soon as I said I will not provide my bank info without a written agreement the guy hung up. DO NOT give out your bank info! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If it sounds too good to be true, it's not legit. These people should be banned. Scammers trying to take advantage of working people .
