3 months after we paid over 500.00 (we were quoted 450.00) we received a bill for 200.00 more dollars! When i called to see why we were being charged 200 more i was told that it was just an additional charge. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Lindsey & Waldo are the BEST. My husband & I always used TurboTax but when we moved mid year from NYC to Mobile, TurboTax was difficult. I read positive reviews of L & W and they were not wrong. These guys rock. This year, we were running late as usual, but for a very reasonable fee, L & W filed our extension & dealt with our somewhat tricky tax situation (capital gains) & made the process stress free for my family. I?ll never go back to filing without a great accounting firm like L & W.

Not only were they -$5000.00 off, on a request to estimate my taxes for the upcoming year(accurate figures provided) of which I was charged $350.00 for services rendered; they also failed to provide the correct amount due for state taxes (-$17.84) costing an additional $70.98 in Late Payment Penalty on top of charging me another $350 in services rendered costs.
