Get a lawyer. They are basically a fraudulent company. The way it's ran and the way it's worded, which banks and lenders they use etc (some aren't even licensed, yes you can do a quick search on it). My legal advisors are getting me prepared for arbitration or a possible class action lawsuit.

This is my experience with Loan Mart: I was recently diagnosed with heart failure, Chamber failure, PVC's, LVH & stage 3 kidney disease. Needless to say I can not work hardly at all. I have used them 3 times and everything was always done well. Ivan was very helpful he was able to finish it in like 20 minutes because of the other loans. If you need money use them. Ths interest is high but it is a short term loan. You have great people there. Just one thing the guys who answer and send you to the loan consultants is a little sus and I mean it in a nice way. The professionalism is there but idk.

I was impressed with how professional and helpful everyone was. The only issue I had was when I was suppose to get the email get the funds from Walmart I never received it. I had to call back to have one of the associates send it to me in an email again.

Anthony was very professional throughout the process. Yes, the interest is very steep but if you can get ahead a payment or two there is no penalty for early payoff. Only wish the website would keep track of the balance ad you make payments. Will keep my own records as I make payments.

When you miss the payment due date. They blast you on all fronts (text,email,mail letters, call) using all those methods most multiple times each day, except the letters will have a few days inbetween. I am not talking about if you aren't communicating with them. You can let them know you will be late ahead of time and this embarrassing and indiscreet flood of notifications makes it hard to keep private that you have fallen for a predatory emergency loan program. If I could I'd give them a minus 5 My husband took out a title loan on one of our cars. After sending in the paper work, we received the $$...2 days after that they reposed the car saying they never got the paperwork. They came in the middle of the night & disabled out security camera. Predatory lending at its finest folks. Stay away! I took out a 12 month $1000 dollar loan against a $20,000 vehicle. Shortly after, I lost my job. Fast forward 2 years and I've spent over $4000 getting my truck out of repo 3 times, and still owe more in the loan than I borrowed. I finally had to give up my vehicle just to get out from under this trash company. It's criminal. This $1000 loan has cost me 2 jobs, a vehicle and over $10,000. I'm saying RUN, DONT WALK away from this disgusting farce of a company

Whole process was pretty simple and quick. Was approved for more than necessary. Whole process took about 3 hours.

Truly one of the most horrific experiences of my life. It's like dealing with the DMV. No talks to each other and no one know what anyone else is doing. BE WARNED! I was sent to 2 different locations hours away from each other, sent to the dmv to prove that I had no citations. They have some faulty system that ?reports? dmv info that is inaccurate!!

They really helped me out in a bind...didn't plan on getting a car title loan but ultimately came to LoanMart cause i'd heard their ads forever...seemed trustworthy. The price isnt cheap but for how fast you get the cash its worth it. The representative was helpful and willing to work with me. Would recommend them.

Loan mart instructed me to put a lien on my vehicle as part of the process. After putting the lien of my vehicle. Days has went by and haven't received a loan yet. When I have a title search done, it shows that they do have a lien. On my vehicle but they did not approve me for a loan. As of now they just own my title/vehicle.
