I went to MacTax Solutions on April 2, 2025, based on their great reviews, but my experience was anything but great. I met with Marco, the CEO, and right away the interaction felt off ? no warmth, no welcome, just cold and awkward. Despite that, I trusted him with my taxes and paid $120 (which was a financial stretch for me at the time) in hopes of getting my refund quickly to cover upcoming bills. I'm baffled with how many 5 star reviews this business has with the lack of courtesy and professionalism experienced today (first time customer). Had an appointment with Marco at 10 a.m. and I even arrived early since I'm punctual and considerate of other people's time. I received a call from Marco about 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled time of 10 a.m. stating he wasn't feeling well and needed to cancel the appointment. I understand things happen but the lack of consideration to cancel at least an hour ahead
