Martinez Income Tax & Accounting

I went to Victor for 990 filing for a nonprofit organization. I submitted the necessary financials and didn't hear anything until a month later. I followed up via email and phone but Victor was unresponsive to emails, didn't return any of my calls, and definitely did not apologize for the delay or lack of communication. Not only did the process take nearly three months to complete, he filed the wrong form. To top it off, he tried to over charge me. As inconvienent as it was, this led me to find another CPA

We had our personal and business taxes done with Victor. His work was poorly done that caused us a mess to deal with. Victor is not the most friendliest and has poor customer service. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I reached out to Victor and emailed all my forms and got a quote from him and a confirmation that he will proceed with my paperwork. Then, he just ghosted me. I emailed and reached out to his secretaries over the phone many times, never to receive a call back. Very frustrating especially since he confirmed that he is going to proceed with my taxes. Total waste of time.

We've been coming here for almost 20 years. Victor and team are great. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Victor has been my to go Tax guy for the past 6 years. He is always there for any questions and or concerns you may have. He gives you knowledge with your write-offs. i have also recommended him with friends and family which they also use his services. Liana is also great with her quickbooks and can teach you how to use it.

Victor lacks integrity, lost all my sensitive banking documents like W2s and 1099s, and banking statements. He claims because they were painting the wall it got misplaced somehow. He dragged out doing my taxes from 2021 for so long that I suffered thousands of dollars of damage. Good luck with getting in contact with the office because they don't pick up either. A complete waste of time money energy. Do not do your taxes here.

Horrible service. My company paid him to do a change from LLC to corporation in May 2021 and is now November and he has not done it yet. He does not want to schedule an appointment for our company - He asked my partner to go to his office and wait to see if he would have time to see her. Really unprofessional.
