Google said they open at 9am so my mom and I got there at 8:53am. Saw the guy (later known to be Mayo) pull up, unlock the parking gate, and go in. So I followed and parked inside the gated parking lot. Few minutes later he signaled my mom toward the entrance. Then he asked what services we needed. My mom told him she needed a document translated. He said they don't open until 10am. I said google says they're open 9am. Anyway, he lets us in. Then asks for documents and says it'll be $50. This is the second year I have used Mayo?s Tax Services. He has made my life so much easier when it comes to filing my taxes. I made appointment both times and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. The first year my taxes were a lily toe more complicated and it took about 45 minutes, the second time my taxes were much more simplified and it took all of maybe 18-20 minutes. He has been both pleasant and professional on both my visits , and his office support was both pleasant and professional.

Very friendly and professional. I did 3 different taxes (myself, my boyfriend and a business) all in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Very friendly and funny ?? had us laughing. Very affordable prices and they helped us out a lot vs other places and people who done our taxes previously. I recommend everyone to come here, you will not be disappointed. Mayo was very helpful! I went into his office today for notary services I was in and out pretty fast only a couple of minutes. The total price was $15 I will definitely go back for any other notary services if I need them in the future.

The woman at the front desk is very unprofessional and unpleasant she gives off the impression of feeling as if I was bothering her. If I wanted service like that I would go to Walmart. Avoid unless you like to be treated badly.

I am so happy I came to Mayo?s Tax services!! I tried to do my taxes on my own via TurboTax and things got complicated and I did not trust myself so I searched a local tax preparer. I felt better coming to a professional to do the work instead of making a costly mistake, especially if his fee comparable to amount as if I were to do it online. I wanted to come here as I also needed notary services done. Mayo also helped me file an EIN number! I am so happy to come. God bless Mayo and his business!

I just got off the phone asking about Notary Service. This Girl that picked up the phone was bluntly rude and with no proper manners. Off the bat, I was given such attitude. She didn't professionally introduce herself. I ask if they provide notary service. She just said yeah we do, and ... ? I do like coming here for filing my taxes but recently I've been trying to go and they always seem closed. If possible update the hours on maps to make it much easier than driving up and being disappointed in it not being open
