Unfortunately, I didn?t have a good experience. This is my first time reaching out for this company. We did initial meeting and I needed tax filling for this year and he said he will need to do a ?mapping? and answer my questions after the payment. He said he will refund the half if we dont move forward. So I submitted all the necessary documents. He repeatedly asked the same questions as he asked at the initial meeting, asked the docs which I had already submitted into his portal. He was not organized and
