I was looking for an honest, knowledgeable, no bull tax accountant and Mike Walls fits the bill. Aside from being friendly and courteous he answered every question I had. I was able to get an appointment quickly, have my taxes completed and also had a follow up phone call the next day telling me my returns were successfully accepted. This is my second year using Mike and Chris. My partner and I went to Mr. Walls today for our tax preparation. He was very friendly, professional and helpful ? he prepared our taxes 4 different ways (alternating which of us claimed dependents etc), in order to get us back our best refund. Stay away from this guy,very rude and constantly talking over you,and will not listen to what you say,he?s a know it all,but don?t know anything,I?m still fighting with the IRS over what he has done on my 2023 taxes,filed an amendment because he didn?t get it right the first time,and he blames the IRS for his mistakes,and he wants me to comeback for my 2024 taxes not a chance and his rates to do your taxes are ridiculous,individual tax prep at the YWCA is free,what a ripoff save your money.
