Had to make a later payment and it didn?t get to my creditors for over two weeks causing issues on my credit report. Called in and spoke with a nasty person who told me it was my fault! I told her that they should let people know that it could take up to two weeks to make the payment so people can weigh whether they want to go through with it or not. As for the rep., she shouldn?t be in customer service.
