Taking out a mortgage can be scary. I was very lucky to have Ron Heath of Mutual of Omaha helping me through the entire process. He is knowledgeable, friendly and kind and can put professional terms into a layman?s framework of understanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan for an important purchase.

My experience with Mutual of Omaha was outstanding. I have obtained several home mortgages previously but this was by far the best. The entire process was flawless starting from the initial application and ending at closing. Mary Jo was wonderful with our reverse mortgage set-up. She came to our house and explained the concept, process and financial details. Then she and her staff guided us through the steps to ensure everything was done properly down to the smallest detail. There were some additional steps added to the regular process (i.e. family trust issues, house replacement insurance increase, etc.) that her staff identified and followed-up with us on to finish the job. The money is in the bank!

There are a lot of companies that perform this service. None you can count on more or trust more than the Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage Team of Brien and Rachel. Proactive, informative and caring. They stayed on top of everything, responded rapidly and delivered top shelf customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Applying for a reverse mortgage was a process we had little knowledge of in the beginning, and Chris Bruser walked us through things so well. We were very pleased with how well he took care of us, and addressed questions knowledgeably!

Extremely bad service. Couldnt get agent to call me back. Still no loan approval after 2 months. Then she had old information judgement 12 years old paid and documented in court she couldn't release loan unless I paid it again. Very shady if you ask me!!!
