MY TAX ANGEL

Jennifer is not the quickest with returning phone calls, but she knows her stuff and has always maximized my returns better than any other firm I've ever worked with. She also offers free consulting for returning customers. I don't leave many reviews but i wanted to provide accurate feedback on my experience for anyone looking for someone solid to due their taxes. You won't be disappointed.

Jennifer has done my taxes for 4-5 years. She has never been great with returning my messages but I stick with her. I have been asking request for call backs or responses to my emails. I have sent at least 8 emails and at least the same in voicemails since April 2024 to follow up on some things she said she would do. Jennifer, please respond so I can take this negative review down as I do not like to leave these. If this is still up you know that she still hasn't reached out. And to that I say, find someone

This is long over due! But to simplify I tried using them 2 years in a row, 1st years taxes were done completely wrong and the 2nd year they never finished, They are never available and never call you back! Finally after 3 months past tax date I had to move on to another Accountant to take over and he showed me all the mistakes they had made which were many!! I guess that's why they couldn't call me back!

Jen and Villa are simply the best. They create a personable comfortable environment with excellent communication. What's most impressive is how fast and efficient everyone there is. The communication is perfect and they take the time to explain everything. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. This was no angel, but rather a tax nightmare. Apparently she forgot to file my taxes this year, and then didn't even have the decency to admit her fault. She won't return my calls or emails, and is in possession of all of my personal and financial information. I've filed a complaint with BBB, only to see another complaint very similar to mine. Nice local office. After dropping off paperwork, they became hard to get ahold of. They refused to email me, and would only send to my husband who is out of state. News flash...couples file jointly! I ended up finding a mistake in our taxes charged by his employer, which Jennifer did help us get money back for. Overall, she was very expensive and time consuming with all the call backs we had to make.

Jennifer and her team ALWAYS go above and beyond from beginning scheduling our appt to making sure we have all our documents in order and finally making the process quick but efficient when it's time to file. As well as double and triple checking we have everything correct and can get back the best refund possible. I'm I'm happy I found My Tax Angel when I moved to Tracy.

I have been using My Tax Angel for about four years now and am extremely satisfied. Jennifer did my 2020 taxes. Was fine. She asked to review my 2019 to see if she could amend them. She charged me full price and then told me I'd be getting money back. Well I never did. Then she said she would refund me the amount she charged since she was wrong. Well she never did. I've called numerous times and never get any response back. Never use her again. Just wanted the refund she promised and didn't deliver and then evades me and never returns phone calls.

Let me say first off by saying they are awesome. I tried to do it myself and almost owed $2,000 I went to tax angel and they saved my butt. Yes no angel indeed ... we filed Jan 28 this year still waiting for tax money then after calling all month and being ignored I threaten to show up in person the wicked witch calls and says we can call IRS ourselves and figure it out now that she got paid we can figure it out huh .....wow she is not legit,very unprofessional and I to am filing with BBB I guarantee this review is just the beginning.you cannot do people dirty and stay in business so you will see.By this time next year you will be on a park b
