I needed to open an account in a small time window. Ted helped me with good advice and gave me a realistic timeline. I am sorry to say, but it started out good, but I was getting very poor service due to the fact that Mr. Erickson failed to perform what he needed to do. I set up LLC, but he made a mistake in the company name. He said, he filed an amendment, but I just found out that the Secretary of State never received the amendment. It's been 2 months, and I have been very frustrated. I can simply file myself, but I need to pay for the filing fee for what he made a mistake. Very bad customer service, in my opinion.
