My wife and I had been wanting to attend an estate planning seminar for a while. When we attended the seminar I was shocked as to the way the presenter made it sounds so simple and it was. Extremely Disappointed with Beneficial Legal via National Association of Family Services I signed up with the National Association of Family Services, who utilizes Beneficial Legal for trust preparation, and I am utterly disappointed with their service. The seminar my wife and I attended was very good. The attorney that was assigned to us continually mis-spelled family members names several times in the preliminary paperwork. There was good communication and the notary process was quick and easy. The final Trust arrived in a nice neat binder with tabs indicating the different sections.

Was excited to get this trust done for my mom. First off we had to wait forever for them to contact us for our initial appointment. Secondly, I had to make some adjustments and they said they would contact me for another appointment. That never happened. I had to contact them. When we completed the appointment we then had to sign paperwork which is done digitally. Technical issues on their side so it didn't get done. I am located in Seal Beach, O.C. CA. Quality of their services are amazingly low. It took 3 times to correct their own typo, nearly one week at a time. Same error but at different place. Email never returned. Nor did the phone calls to coordinator by the name of Christian. When finally the draft, after multiple reviews, was ready to be motorized, the legal documents did not go by the draft. Primary trustee was left out.

Everything was put together in a neat tabbed binder and they constantly kept in touch with emails and texts to let you know what was coming. Very organized system with so much information to compartmentalize. They supply a contact number which they actually answer with a courteous human that you can talk to to answer questions instead of endless prompts. Thank you!

This is a company of about two employees it is not national only works in California. Does not have communication between employees. Cannot get information you provide correctly on paper causing delays. They must spend a lot of time gathering positive reviews because they have not been easy. Lacking in billing for add on, effective typing, and even their name is a falsehood.

I give more than 5stars to NAFS company. Dan was a great speaker who explained in an easy to understand and accurate way in the Trust seminar. If I could give a negative star, I would have. This company is a complete fraud. First of all, they are not a law firm and none of the work that's done is being done by them. These guys are just a call center that receives your request and forwards it on. So if you have any issues and you call them, you will NEVER get a straight answer because they don't know. I am extremely unhappy with this company. I was told I would be contacted but I had to call the to schedule the lawyer and notary. The lawyer was not easy to understand and did not ask pertinent questions. I had to have the documents redone. The notary didn't show for the appointment and instead of rescheduling they cancelled me. NAFS is a great organization to build a living trust. The staff are very friendly and considerate. They have reps to personally visit and explain in details the content of the living trust. By the way I attended a seminar a year ago and never had any problem whenever I call for any assistance. No regrets in joining.

I made a trust through National Association of Family Services. They were just fantastic through the whole procedure. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a good experience with National Association of Family Services. The process for the Living Trust was explained to me in simple language and they listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I am happy with the final results.

I was not very pleased with the service and process. I purchased it after having an inperson informational workshop where we got a great diacounted price to obtain the service. But that was the last face to face encounter. After that it all was very boxes basic fit for all service. Its all over phone or email process. My mother did her living trust with a lawyer and it was all inperson and very much personlized, mine was far from that. I feel this should be said at the workshop.

I was having problems with my account. I called there 1800 number and spoke to Monica to explain my concerns. She was very professional and took the initiative to assure me that my concerns would be escalated to her Director. 2 weeks later I received a call to let me know that my concerns were taken care of. National Association of Family Services has been absolutely terrific. Their pricing for the generation of a living trust, will, and ancillary documents is so reasonable, and the entire process has been seamless. As an attorney, I am aware of estate planning attorneys who charge upwards of $3,500.00 for the same services. I am grateful for this opportunity with National Association of Family Services.

I gave them 2 stars because they talked a good game but sounded fishy... The woman wanted us to scan their icon. No one had the time or thought to check them out before they gave them FULL ACCESS to their phone. People need to understand that this is NOT an education class. It is a sit down infomercial to get you to sign up for their services. We were supposed to send $599 to them with a promise we could get it back for the asking. I was done.. This is the LAST financial seminar I will go to.

Unbelievable, service polite and professional unbelievable price $599 to start $100 for each additional property $200 flat fee for recording plus county fees of course basically comes out to under $1000 for what I had done and anywhere else would have cost at least $5000 And even after a year of completing the service, I just called them and they're still answering all my questions.

Their billing identification name on my credit card bill looked like another company and the web site link went to a School that had nothing to do with National Association of Family Services. I had to tell my bank I thought the charges were fraudulent. The bank had me start a new credit card and I had to contact all my regular monthly creditors about a new card.

I signed up for a living trust?the NAFS were good contacting you in the strat of the process but once they turnover you to the lawyers that they said have in business with you will treated as a nobody. My living trust started April and up to this point I have not received my paperwork. They claim that it is not their responsibility of the living trust documents but for the lawyers.
